What is WELLBEING?

Wellbeing is:
• when one's finances improve and you feel you can breathe without working two/three jobs OR working 15 hour days (entrepreneurs);
• when one's health either improves or becomes optimal;
• when we feel good about the way we look and feel;
• when we no longer feel torn - between having to deliver - and spending time with our loved ones;
• when we have time to spend on the things we love doing, perhaps travelling, spirirual pursuits;
• the freedom to follow our true passions; and
• having created time and money to leave a legacy to be proud of.
